Terminator 6: Schwarzenegger Looks Beat Up in New Photo with Linda Hamilton

Movies

Terminator star Arnold Schwarzenegger wished his longtime co-star Linda Hamilton a happy birthday with a set of then-and-now photos.

“Happy birthday to my dear friend Linda Hamilton. One of my favorite co-stars, a true badass, and a wonderful human being. I’m pumped to be back together again,” Schwarzenegger wrote. The Tweet features a side-by-side of the two from their Judgment Days and a selfie from what appears to be the set of Terminator 6. In the photo to the right, Schwarzenegger seems to have gotten a thorough beat-down, as he sports gashes all over his face.

The sixth installment of the Terminator franchise started filming earlier this year and reunites the original Terminator stars for another attempt to continue the series. Not much is known about the as-yet untitled project, but the film is meant to be a direct sequel to Terminator 2: Judgement Day (the last Terminator Hamilton starred in) and is being directed by Deadpool’s Tim Miller. Last month’s first official photos show Hamilton — who appears to have spent the last 27 years kicking ass, taking names and doing pull-ups — with franchise newcommers Natalia Reyes and Mackenzie Davis.

Directed by Tim Miller and produced by James Cameron, the untitled Terminator revival stars Arnold Schwarzenegger, Linda Hamilton, Mackenzie Davis, Gabriel Luna, Natalia Reyes, and Diego Boneta. The film is scheduled for release on Nov. 22, 2019.
