Less than a month until the premiere of Star Wars Resistance and the upcoming animated series has unveiled a full promo introducing its new characters.
The latest behind-the-scenes video has the cast and crew introduce the protagonists of the latest Star Wars television series with the high-flying characters taking on the First Order before the events of 2015’s Star Wars: The Force Awakens.

Led by hotshot ace pilot Kazuda Xiono, the squadron passes the time between missions spying on the First Order for Poe Dameron and General Leia Organa by engaging in high-speed races and performing daring stunts to see who is the best pilot among them.
Geared more for younger audiences than the more somber Star Wars Rebels, the new animated series boasts a colorful, new animation style with cel-shading and clear anime influence.

Premiering on October 7 on the Disney Channel, Star Wars Resistance stars Christopher Seam (Days of Our Lives), Bobby Mounihan (Ducktales), Suzie McGarth(EastEnders), Scott Lawrence (Legion), Josh Brener (Silicon Valley), Myrna Velasco (Elena of Avalor), Donald Faison (Scrubs), Jim Rash (Community), and Rachel Butera (A Fowl American).
